HTC EVO 4G

We can finally say that the Sprint version of the HTC Flyer tablet, known as HTC EVO View 4G became available. So, what better moment than this one to verify all its features and inform you about its main advantages and disadvantages? Continue reading and you’ll find out everything about this device.

First of all, we must give you some information about the portability aspect: HTC EVO View 4G measures exactly 7.70 x 4.40 x 0.52 (196 x 112 x 13 mm), not to mention the total weight of 15.00 oz (425 g), probably much more than you could expect. But we have better news when it comes to the technical details, because we are talking about a 7” Android 2.3 tablet that includes a 1280×600 capacitive display, powered by a single core – Qualcomm Snapdragon at 1500 MHz. And because we are at the software chapter, let’s continue with the Android (2.3.3) OS, the 3D Graphics hardware accelerator, or its 1024 MB of RAM.
If you want to know all about the built-in memory, we can tell you the exact number of 32768 MB, but let’s not forget about the memory expansion up to 32 GB, thanks to a microSD, or a microSDHC card. And you can’t be disappointed when we are talking about the camera aspect either, as long as this tablet comes equipped with a 5 megapixels one with LED Flash or Auto focus, as well as a video capture ability that has a maximum resolution of 1280×720 (720p HD). An additional camera was also included having a resolution of 1.3 megapixels, perfect for video-calls.

In the connectivity features list we can mention for example: Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi (802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n), microUSB (the USB 2.0 version), Headphones connector (3.5mm) and HDMI or DLNA ports. Other included features are: additional microphone used for noise cancellation; Sensors: Accelerometer, or Compass, YouTube player, Music Player that supports MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, M4A (Apple lossless), AMR, OGG, MIDI; Video Playback for MPEG4, XviD, WMV, 3GP, 3G2 formats and a battery that has a capacity of 4000 mAh.
