The Samsung Galaxy Xcover is meets the IP67 rated that dust-, drops-, and water-proof (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). Running on Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, new Samsung Galaxy Xcover toughness phone packs a 3.65-inch touchscreen display with backed by scratch-resistant tempered glass, a 3.2MP camera with LED flash (also flashlight), Wi-Fi connectivity, 7.2Mbps HSDPA, and GPS.
